My Membership has not been approved or has been revoked
Membership is entirely at the discretion of the venue and its staff and may be revoked or not approved for any reason. If your membership is revoked or not approved, a refund will be offered for the remaining days on your membership. This is calculated at a daily rate (e.g., if membership is £35, the refund will be £35/365—less than £0.10p per day).
I received a Gift Membership Invitation. How Do I Use It?

I lost my membership number or I cannot use my discount
<p>When purchasing tickets at Checkout enter your unique Membership Number as your Discount Code for 50% off up to four tickets. If you cannot find your membership number email concierge@soho.live for assistance. If you’re purchasing tickets urgently, we can refund your discount retroactively if your membership is valid, as our concierge email is not manned 24/7. Your membership number was sent to you an email as soon as your membership was activated, check your spam folder, this email is also your identifier as a member in the Clubs/at the door.</p>
How come Cocktail Lounge tickets are 50% Off?
<p>Members receive 50% off all ticket types, subject to availability. Walk-In status for the member and up to three guests is for Walk-In to our Cocktail Lounge, the Cocktail Lounge ticket is a guaranteed seat/advance reservation, and therefore is subject to 50% discount.</p>
