Our venues and Soho Live Music Club are operated by Soho Live Studios Limited. These terms explain the rules for booking, membership, ticketing and studio hire. Where a specific event or product has its own terms, those apply in addition to these.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
Member Benefits
Members receive a 50% discount on advance music ticket prices for events hosted by Soho Live Music Club, plus walk-in access to our members bars and members-only pricing at partner bars.
Fair Guarantee of Entry
Membership does not guarantee entry to any event. Admission remains subject to capacity and venue conditions.
Auto-Renewal & Membership
Soho Live Music Club renews the annual membership on a yearly basis unless cancelled. We will remind you before renewal.
Use of Membership
Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. Misuse of membership benefits may result in cancellation without refund.
Code of Conduct
Members must conduct themselves with respect for artists, staff and other guests. Conduct at Soho Live Studios venues is subject to our house policies.
Cancellation & Privacy
Personal data is collected during membership registration and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Venue & Event Terms

Age Restriction
Entry to events at Soho Live Studios venues is subject to age and admission policies. Some events are strictly 18+.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry at our discretion, in line with licensing conditions.
Late Arrival
For seated and quiet-listening events, latecomers may be admitted between sets only, to protect the performance.
Recording & Photography
Personal photography is welcome. Professional recording and flash photography require prior written approval.
Liability
Soho Live Studios accepts no liability for personal property brought onto the premises.

Lucky Draw Ticket Terms

Cold Comfort Offer
Promotional lucky draw entries are offered as a goodwill gesture and hold no cash value.
Non-Transferable
Lucky draw entries are linked to the member account and cannot be transferred or resold.
Redemption
Lucky draw tickets must be redeemed on the night of the event and cannot be carried over to later events.

Ticket Refunds

Refund Window
Refunds are accepted up to 72 hours before the advertised start time. Refund requests later than this fall outside our standard policy.
How To Request
Request a refund through the members box office, or by contacting concierge@soho.live.
Location Notice
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within standard processing times.

Studio Terms of Business

Payment Terms
A confirming deposit secures a session booking; the balance is payable in advance of the session.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
Damage & Liability
The hirer is responsible for any damage to studio equipment, and for third-party equipment brought onto the premises.
Health & Safety
All studio users must comply with venue health and safety regulations.
