Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.
Members receive access to a discounted ticket allocation for events hosted by Soho Live Music Club. Benefits are subject to availability and capacity limitations.
Membership does not guarantee entry to any event. Advance reservations are strongly recommended.
Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and does not automatically renew. Members wishing to continue their membership must reapply each year.
Soho Live Music Club reserves the right to cancel and refund any membership at any time for any reason. Where the club initiates cancellation, pro-rata refunds apply for the unused portion of the membership period.
Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. Misuse of membership benefits may result in termination without refund.
Members must adhere to a code of conduct while attending events. Soho Live Music Club reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke membership without refund for those who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Notification of any changes will be provided via email or through the Soho Live Music Club website.
Personal information collected during membership registration is handled in accordance with the Soho Live Music Club Privacy Policy set out below.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Venue & Event Terms & Conditions
Entry to a Soho Live Music Club venue or event is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. Valid proof of age may be requested on the door.
Staff reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone under the apparent influence of alcohol or drugs.
The possession or use of illegal drugs within any Soho Live Music Club premises is strictly prohibited.
Even with a valid ticket or active membership, entry is not guaranteed. Management and door staff retain the authority to refuse entry at their discretion.
The venue reserves the right to reallocate your ticket if more than 50% of the performance has taken place. If you do arrive late, the venue will seat you in the best available seats.
We maintain a smart dress-to-impress code across all venues. Guests not meeting this standard may be refused entry at the door.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and appreciate the music and ambiance of the venue. Disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises.
In the highly unlikely event, we reserve the right to change the advertised performer, act, or billing. In such cases, the performance may be taken on by another of our top performers. Where a change is known more than one week in advance, ticket holders will be informed directly. Where a change occurs within one week of the event, the box office website will be updated with notices as soon as reasonably practicable. Changes to advertised billing do not constitute cancellation and do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. Refunds are only available if the event does not go ahead in its entirety.
All patrons must respect and adhere to licensing laws and other applicable legal regulations while on the premises.
When leaving the venue, guests are asked to do so quietly and respectfully, in consideration of local residents and the surrounding area.
By entering the premises, guests consent to being filmed or photographed and to the use of such material by Soho Live Music Club for promotional and archival purposes.
Small personal-use cameras are permitted for personal use. Audio recording equipment and cameras with interchangeable lenses or DSLRs are not permitted. No commercial or promotional filming is allowed without a location release document agreed by Soho Live Venues Limited. Any camera lighting or flash that causes disruption to the audience, hosts, or artists may result in being asked to leave without compensation. Soho Live Music Club will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought into the premises.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Lucky Draw Ticket Terms
Each Golden Circle ticket to our special Festival of Stars shows in December is offered in a special gold envelope containing a lucky draw ticket.
Lucky draw tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the named recipient only.
The ticket holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or any other form of compensation.
Lucky draw tickets must be redeemed on the night of the event. They cannot be carried over to future events.
Participation in the lucky draw is limited to individuals aged 18 and over.
Ticket Refunds
Refunds are accepted up to 48 hours (two days) before the event's advertised start time. Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of the event cannot be processed.
- Locate your original ticket order confirmation email.
- Click on the ticket order and select the refund option.
- Submit your request through the Ticketmaster Universe system.
- Eligible refunds are reviewed and processed promptly.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
- Requests outside the 48-hour window will not be considered.
Studio Terms of Business
All quoted charges must be paid in full in advance. Booking confirmation is issued upon receipt of payment.
Upfront payments are non-refundable. A refund will only be issued if Soho Live Studios crew fail to arrive at the agreed place and time.
Delays of 15 minutes or less incur no compensation or refund. Staff will make reasonable efforts to contact the client in the event of any delay.
Soho Live Studios accepts no liability for loss or damage to client equipment, personal property, or third-party equipment brought onto the premises.
Overtime is charged by the hour in full-hour increments after the first 15 minutes of overrun.
All bookings are inclusive of setup, waiting, and strike time.
Hourly rates apply unless a specific event or broadcast package has been agreed in writing in advance.
Extended time beyond the booked session is not guaranteed unless paid for in advance. Any additional costs will be communicated ahead of time.
All quoted studio pricing is exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Soho Live Studios will not require any crew, stagehand, or contractor to undertake tasks that are unsafe or contrary to applicable health and safety regulations.
All recordings, masters, and works created during sessions booked with Soho Live Studios remain the property of Soho Live Studios Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.
All arrangements, specifications, and variations to standard terms must be discussed and agreed in advance in writing. Verbal agreements are not binding.
