September 12, 2019 - 9:30 pm

Japes, Dean St.

Anjelo Disons is a talent overspilling with heart and soul, backed by a sensational collective of musicians called The Oracle. His jazz-tinged vocal style has been praised by the likes of Clash Magazine and Lost Culture.

Aged 14 and armed with his own guitar, he began his journey busking on the streets of South London. Here he steadily built up a local following for his outstanding live performances, playing and honing his skills with the Oracle collective, leading to him supporting award winning soulstress Bridget Kelly and spoken word artist Alysia Harris. The singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist presents us with masterful soul music, sprinkled with heartwarming melodies, guitar riffs and a hint of jazzy scatting. Definitely a voice for the future.
